Privacy Policy

In order to assure Users of the Website that protection of privacy of Users visiting the Website is particularly important and to provide Users with information on the subject of personal data collected by the Website, the purpose of their collection and the use of cookies - I present this Privacy Policy.

  1. Objectives of the adopted privacy policy and use of cookies on the websitem.

1.1 This Privacy and Cookie Usage Policy regulates the rules of personal data processing of the collection and use of information about Users on the website in the domain https://xn--tumaczenia-9zb.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). The Privacy Policy has been created and adopted by the Owner of the Website, Ms. Beata Jakubowska, who acts as a personal data administrator, as defined by the provisions of the RODO. The service also collects data on the User's geolocation in order to verify from which place (continent, country, city) the User sends the message. 

The data collected in the above-described manner are stored only for the purpose of assisting the administration of the Website, enabling its efficient functioning and applying User-friendly solutions. I assure you that this information is not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the Website.

2.1 Data collected by the Service is also data provided by the User actively.

2.1.1 The Service allows the User to contact the Administrator using the contact form. When contacting in this way, the User provides name and surname, e -mail address (required data) or telephone number (not required data). This data is used only for the purpose specified in section 1.2.1. - contact, i.e. to prepare an answer to the question asked by the User and to prepare an offer .

3.1 During the use of the Website, small files, in particular text files that contain information to remember activities, including time and number of activities, are stored on the User's terminal equipment (hereinafter: "cookies"). The User's personal data is stored in a database for which technical and organizational measures have been applied to ensure the protection of the processed data in accordance with the requirements set forth by the laws on the protection of personal data, in particular the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of services by road (Dz.U.2020.344 t.j.), Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free flow of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter: RODO) (i.e. Dz.Urz.UE.L 2016 No. 119, p. 1), Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data (Dz.U.2019.1781 t.j.), as well as the Act of July 16, 2004. - Telecommunications Law (Dz.U.2019 .2460 t.j.).

The Website uses technologies and procedures for the protection of personal data to ensure due protection of Users' privacy. The tools and mechanisms used on the Website include SSL type encryption connections.

Only the data administrator has access to the database.

When using the Website using a third party's terminal device, the user should delete the browsing history.
